New Online Platform Set To Revolutionise The Home Work Out Experience in 2019

With more people choosing to workout at home than ever before, GG physique is launching a platform to help fitness fanatics stay on top of their workouts, wherever they are.

London, UK, Friday, January 4, 2019 It seems that in 2018, finding time in your schedule to go to the gym and workout may be harder than ever before. Recent research suggests that an estimated 160 million Americans are officially overweight and the need for a new way to work out is growing.

Whilst gyms still maintain popularity amongst fitness enthusiasts, many people now find that the commercial gyms don't offer the flexibility or environment they require to succeed. Many people find that working out from home is more suitable for their lifestyle and their preferences.

In a study carried out by Timex, 77% of survey takers stipulated that they would rather work out alone, as opposed to with others in the gym. Despite this desire to workout alone, working out regularly is still extremely popular, especially amongst young people and millennials.

As a result of this, many apps and internet platforms are attempting to cater to this growing demand for home workout options. With online resources like YouTube, web users have access to workout routines and informational videos, but some people argue that the workout from home experience is lacking in the same communal environment that regular gyms offer.

GG Physique, a new fitness platform that is set to launch in 2019, has addressed this need and are aiming to provide users with a place where that can go for advice support and communal engagement during their home workouts.

The platform is integrated with popular digital fitness accessories and resources such as Fitbit and MyFitnessPal to help users to achieve more efficient and enjoyable workouts from the comfort of their own home. The company aims to prioritise the community content in order to create a space for people working out from home to connect and seek advice and tips.

In addition to platforms like GG physique, the fitness industry, alongside many others, is becoming more heavily reliant on digital elements, and platforms like this one could pave the way to creating an active and positive community of home-based workout enthusiasts. Whether or not this will help to tackle ever present obesity issues worldwide is yet to be determined, but some are hopeful that it will have a positive impact.
